Unicep has recently launched its SwabDose applicator—a single-use tool that offers the convenience of precise dispensing. The applicator casing is made of polypropylene, which provides a protective, high-barrier protection. Pair the casing with one of the various tip materials that are available. A controlled amount of product can be applied, due to the applicator’s user-friendly design. 

“Our delivery method is unique—it packages the applicator tip into the casing with the product.  This allows us the flexibility to work with products of varying viscosities, as well as to introduce different tip options,” explains Eileen Williams, business development manager, Unicep.

There’s also another benefit. “With the single-use applicator, there is a reduced risk of cross contamination present with multiple use packaging,” explains Karla Horton, marketing manager, Unicep.
Unicep’s Swabdose applicator is ideal for skin care, teeth whitening, cuticle treatments, acne spot treatments and makeup remover products.

The applicators are produced on Unicep’s high-speed equipment, with the option of full retail packaging. The retail-shelf-ready option provides 20 labeled swabs per carton, which measures 4.75T x 1.32D x 2.75W. The convenient packaging format also includes an instruction insert and tamper resistant seal.
